Utilizing the sleek design and portable form factor of its predecessor, the DL3 FE pairs blazing USB 3.0 speeds and two independent crypto processors. Utilizing two-pass encryption, data is encrypted with a single round of 256-bit AES XTS mode encryption directly passed to a second crypto engine undergoing a second round of 256-bit AES CBC mode encryption.
