These orders are dispatched on a best endeavours basis. 95% of all orders during a special order periods are delivered on the next working day.

Despatch time for Premium and Priority options

Orders are despatched same day if placed before 4.00pm Monday to Friday
Orders placed after 4.00pm Monday to Thursday will despatch the following working day
Orders placed after 4.00pm on Friday will despatch Monday
Orders placed anytime on Saturday or Sunday will despatch Monday

Exceptions and restrictions

Delivery to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & the Isle of Skye can take up to a week. This is also the case in some areas of Scotland
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & the Isle of Skye is charged at £14.95 +Vat
We are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Southern Ireland or BFPO addresses

Missed deliveries

The courier will attempt 2 deliveries on consecutive working days
If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local depot for up to 5 days
After 5 days your order will be returned to us and we will refund you minus the delivery charge
