Overview

Maximum versatility, power and performance
Introducing Zebra’s most powerful and versatile wearable scanner — the RS6100. This small and practically weightless wearable scanner is less than half the size and weight of its predecessor, the RS6000. An advanced multi-focus scan engine captures 1D and 2D barcodes at close range and on the top shelf of a rack 40 ft./12.2 m away, regardless of condition — scratched, dirty, poorly printed, under shrinkwrap and more. With five interchangeable wearing options, there’s a style that will maximize comfort for every user. Use it anywhere — from warehouse aisles, freezers and coolers to the seat of a fork truck and out on the dock in rain, snow, blazing summer heat or subzero winter cold. The RS6100 is always in service with its removable battery — no downtime needed for charging, just swap in a fully charged battery. Choose cordless freedom with two battery options or corded battery-free operation. And since the RS6100 and RS5100 share common trigger assemblies, batteries and mounts, upgrading from the RS5100 is easy and cost-effective.

Power the RS6100 via a corded adapter that connects to select Zebra mobile devices, including wearable and handheld computers.

Five interchangeable wearing styles
Five different mounts provide users with the freedom to choose the wearing style they prefer to maximize comfort, simplify task execution — and increase job satisfaction. All mounting accessories are interchangeable — swap at any time to maximize user comfort for scan-intensive tasks. The Enterprise Hand Mount accessory gives every hand a snug, comfortable and secure custom fit with a range of sizes for right and left hands — and users can adjust the scanner position on the hand to achieve the perfect balance and optimal scan angle for the ultimate in comfort and user productivity. For workers who prefer to wear the scanner on one finger, there are two single finger mount options — single and double triggers. The single trigger can be removed and rotated, allowing users to easily switch between left and right finger mounting. The double trigger enables workers to change hands on the fly — without removing the trigger. All triggers support continuous scanning mode. And the optional vibrating trigger signals an error or exception, allowing users to take corrective actions. The ambidextrous, one-size-fits-all back of hand mount accommodates gloves and easily fits into the smallest of spaces. And a retracting lanyard trigger worn around the neck or on a belt keeps the scanner handy, yet out of the way.

Use it everywhere — including the freezer
Use the RS6100 in freezers and coolers, out on the dock in the sweltering heat and subzero cold, rain, snow — the RS6100 is built to handle it all.
