The hub lets you create more connections for SuperSpeed USB 3.0 devices, such as a keyboard, mouse, smartphone, tablet, storage device, Web camera and more, while the card reader/writer lets you manage, store, and transfer your pictures and videos. It's backward compatible with previous USB versions to accommodate nearly whatever USB device you may have on hand.
