Overview

AXIS Q6020-E Panoramic Camera

Designed for operation with AXIS Q60 PTZ Series, this multidirectional camera delivers both 360° overview and great details. With a USB port, installers can insert a Wi-Fi dongle and quickly configure cameras while on site.

See it all

This multidirectional camera offers four 5 MP sensors and delivers 360° overview for total situational awareness. With four ½” sensors, it ensures clear, bright images and better handling of shadows even in challenging light conditions, often reducing the need for IR illumination in dark scenes. This camera is specially designed for operation with AXIS Q60 PTZ Series to capture high-resolution overviews and great details in one complete camera solution. You can move from overview to zoomed-in detailed views with just one mouse click and autopilot enables automatic PTZ tracking. It’s also easy to change lenses and adjust the field of view. For instance, you can use a wide-angle lens to monitor wide open areas, or a tele lens to get great details from a distance.

Powerful and secure

Built on a dual system-on-chip (SoC), this powerful camera features a deep learning processing unit (DLPU) that lets you run advanced features and powerful analytics at the edge. For instance, it comes with AXIS Object Analytics preinstalled to detect, classify, track, and count humans and types of vehicles. This DLPU also delivers valuable metadata facilitating efficient forensic search capabilities in live or recorded video. Axis Edge Vault safeguards the device and protects sensitive information from unauthorized access. Plus, it offers secure key storage with FIPS 140-2 Level 2 certified. Furthermore, privacy masking with mosaic lets you pixelate whole areas of the scene.

Cost-efficient installation and operation

Using the same bracket, power supply, and network cable as the integrated PTZ camera, there's no extra equipment required for AXIS Q6020-E. With four camera heads in one camera, it ensures fast, accurate, and cost-effective installation. It also features a USB port so installers can insert a Wi-Fi dongle and quickly see the camera view as they adjust it. This makes it easy to configure cameras while on site. Autofocus and auto-alignment functionality let you automatically adjust the camera sensors and PTZ camera, eliminating the need for hands-on fine-tuning. Furthermore, Axis Zipstream significantly lowers bandwidth and storage requirements without compromising image quality.

It is published by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). The digits (characteristic numerals) indicate conformity with the conditions summarized in the tables below. Where there is no protection rating with regard to one of the criteria, the digit is replaced with the letter X. an electrical socket rated IP22 is protected against insertion of fingers and will not be damaged or become unsafe during a specified test in which it is exposed to vertically or nearly vertically dripping water. Another example is the Sony Xperia Z Ultra, one of the first cellular phones to be IP-rated; it is rated at IP58 and marketed as "dust resistant" and can be "immersed in 1.5 meter of freshwater for up to 30 minutes".

Image sensor
Progressive scan:Also referred to as noninterlaced scanning, this is a way of displaying, storing, or transmitting moving images in which all the lines of each frame are drawn in sequence. This is in contrast to interlaced video used in traditional analog television systems where only the odd lines, then the even lines of each frame (each image called a video field) are drawn alternately.Progressive scan is used for DVDs and HDTV (high defintion television).

Ports & interfaces
USB port:Universal Serial Bus (USB) is an industry standard developed in the mid-1990s that defines the cables, connectors and communications protocols used in a bus for connection, communication, and power supply between computers and electronic devices. USB was designed to standardize the connection of computer peripherals (including keyboards, pointing devices, digital cameras, printers, portable media players, disk drives and network adapters) to personal computers, both to communicate and to supply electric power. It has become commonplace on other devices, such as smartphones, PDAs and video game consoles. USB has effectively replaced a variety of earlier interfaces, such as serial and parallel ports, as well as separate power chargers for portable devices.
